Improved Insulation
If you have a glazed or polycarbonate roofing system on your conservatory, you may find the space too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The reason for this is poor roof insulation. It is also common to find glare in the winter and summer unbearable. By using a lightweight Solid Warm Roof or Orangery Roof, you drastically reduce the heat loss through the roof due thanks to all of our roofs being building regulations compliant. And, if you still want plenty of natural light in through the roof, you can opt for one of our incredibly efficient Lanterns or Roof Lights.
Faster Build Speeds
All of our Warm Roofs come prefabricated and pre-approved by building control, allowing rapid installation times with the minimal amount of stress. As for our Orangery roofs, we typically opt for webbed joists, which again, come pre-fabricated and with their bespoke set of calculations to ensure building regulations are passed with ease.
Why stop at the roof?
Whilst the roof is often the main culprit when it comes to an old conservatory being unusable, your be amazed at what can be achieved by upgrading the exiting windows or even adding some new solid walls to the conservatory. Whether the solution is replacing some of the existing frames with solid brick, timber studwork (with render or cladding to finish), or even some skylight new windows, we ensure that all of our solutions are building regulations compliant and built with the highest quality materials available!
